Gaisar Teknologi Bersama operates as a national internet service provider (ISP) and an information technology company. We deliver internet services for users from households to corporates across Indonesia, supported by fiber optic, wireless and interconnection infrastructure.

Beyond connectivity, we manage IT infrastructure, monitor system performance, provide data center services and build technology solutions for an organisation’s operations. Maintaining critical assets is part of the daily work, not an add-on service.

We serve organisations across sectors — government, corporate, financial services and non-profits — with the same approach: clear infrastructure, support you can reach, and work that can be inspected.

02Vision

To be a dependable provider of digital connectivity and infrastructure in Indonesia, with a network that is open to households and organisations alike.

03Mission

  1. 01Build and maintain fiber optic and wireless network infrastructure that reaches more parts of Indonesia.
  2. 02Provide broadband and dedicated internet services that match what customers actually need.
  3. 03Manage and monitor customer IT systems so operations do not suffer from repeated disruption.
  4. 04Serve everyone from households to corporates and government agencies under one consistent standard of work.
  5. 05Protect customer critical assets through scheduled maintenance and responsive technical support.

04Commitment

How we work.

Our commitments are simple to state, but they demand consistency every day. These are the four we hold to on every project.

  1. 01

    Technical honesty

We only quote figures and capabilities we can substantiate. If something falls outside our scope, we will say so.

  2. 02

    Measurable work

Every installation and network change is carried out against a clear plan, with results that can be inspected.

  3. 03

    Ongoing support

Service does not end when installation finishes. Monitoring and maintenance are part of the job.

  4. 04

    Long-term trust

Many of our customers have grown alongside our network. We keep that relationship through consistency, not promotion.
